The app uses AI to extract event details (date, time, location, description) from any format, so you never have to manually type in calendar events again. Setup takes just 2 minutes. Think of it as your family's intelligent assistant that ensures you never miss important events, appointments, or deadlines.

How does NUET add events to my calendar?

NUET automatically scans emails from addresses you specify (like sports clubs, schools, activity centers) and converts important events into calendar reminders in your existing Google Calendar or Outlook. You can also forward individual emails, upload photos of flyers, or send voice notes - NUET extracts the events and adds them to your calendar automatically.

Does NUET work with Outlook calendars too?

Absolutely! NUET works with both Google Calendar and Outlook. We connect to your existing calendar and automatically add events from your emails, photos, and other sources. You maintain full control over your calendar sharing settings.

How does NUET access my emails?

NUET uses secure OAuth with Google or Microsoft to access only emails from addresses you specify. We never see your personal emails, and you can revoke access anytime with one click. Email monitoring is completely optional - you can also just forward emails to NUET or use photos and voice notes instead.

What if NUET adds the wrong event to my calendar?

You stay in complete control! Medium-confidence events require your approval before being added. High-confidence events are added automatically, but you can always delete or edit them from your calendar just like any other calendar event.

Can I use NUET for sports clubs and activities?

Absolutely! NUET works perfectly for sports clubs, music lessons, dance classes, scouting, and any organization that sends event information via email. Simply add their email address to your monitored senders, or forward their emails to events@nuet.ai.

Is my family's data secure?

Absolutely. We only process email content to extract calendar events - no personal data is stored. All communications are encrypted, and you maintain complete control over your data with the ability to delete everything at any time. We're CASA2-certified with enterprise-grade encryption.

Can I delete all my data from NUET?

Yes, you have complete control over your data. You can disconnect from NUET at any time, and ALL your data will be permanently deleted from our servers immediately. This includes your email access tokens, processed events, settings, and any other information we've stored.

How much does NUET cost?

First 12 months completely free (offer ends December 31, 2025)! After that, NUET costs $10/month or $100/year. We believe in transparent pricing for quality family tools.
